Lightmapping

Okay so apparently you actually need to set up lightmapping. Ahah.

To do this go to your object (double click in browser) and go to Mesh > Generate Unique UVs and then hit apply in the bottom right. Then make sure the lightmap uv coordinate in the top right is 1 and the resolution is something like 512 depending on the size of the object.

This makes sure that the lighting is consistent around the mesh and increases the quality of shadow placement. BUT increases build time.. yay.
