Today Steve Goss came back in to do a lecture and to look at our games again, as he was there for the pitches. Overall he seemed to be quite impressed by our progress so far and he gave us some good feedback but mostly said we are on the right track.
We had an issue that our windows should really be inset into the buildings however our kit didn't allow us to do so, so i came up with a solution this evening. I still need to see if the rest of the team are happy with it but for now it works well. I've played around with the placement of our kit to see if i can create some interesting areas that still feel right (this is the hard part). Some screenshots below:

Looking great Jack, ben has just pointed out that a player shadow is missing and i think it would really make the player feel within the world, shouldn't be to hard to do once we find the player model. Also i have found a quick way to allow you to kick stuff like the wicker baskets and boxes around the scene, pretty fun, though the lighting does break a bit, dynamic shadows on them might fix this though i don't knwo how much this would cost fps wise.
